My Heckler when ~7 month old develepoed a similar creaking and the LBS I bought it from blamed it roughly in this order on the rear shock bushing, seat, chain deprived of proper lube jobs, bb and frame threads not lubed properly or the lack of grease in the bb cubs itself, pedals which were all not the reason.
