The mission, Zero Hour, has you fighting a bunch of Fallen through the destroyed portion of the Tower, echoing a lot of what you encountered in the very first mission of Destiny 2, but in reverse. It's a 690-Power activity, so you should aim to be at least 681 Power.
I need Zero Hour completed because the exotic it gives is mandatory toward the quest I have and yet I have nobody to do this mission in a group with, despite being light level 900 the enemies feel like they're way higher regardless of the 750 light level requirement.
